Physical Products

Return Eligibility

You may return physical products (such as workbooks, trackers, and printed materials) purchased from Airtoteint within 14 days of receipt if:

  • The product is in its original condition (unused and undamaged)
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with sealed packaging that has been opened
  • Products that show signs of use or damage
  • Products that have been personalized or customized for you
  • Special order items specifically created for you

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
  4. Package the item securely with all original packaging materials and include your return authorization number.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the product is being returned because it is defective or incorrect. In such cases, Airtoteint will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

The refund will include the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong product).

Digital Products

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products (such as e-books, digital courses, and downloadable materials), all sales are generally final once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

However, we offer refunds for digital products in the following circumstances:

  • The digital product is non-functional or inaccessible due to technical issues on our end
  • The product substantially differs from its description on our website

Refund Process for Digital Products

  2. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue you're experiencing.
  3. Our team will review your request and may request additional information or attempt to resolve technical issues first.
  4. If we confirm that the issue qualifies for a refund, we will process it within 7 business days.

Digital Product Access

Please note that if you are granted a refund for a digital product, your access to that product will be revoked.

Subscription Services

Cancellation Policy

If you have subscribed to any of our ongoing services or membership programs:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting customer service.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds for Subscription Services

For new subscribers, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our subscription service within the first 14 days after signing up, contact our customer service team to request a refund.

After the initial 14-day period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:

  2. Include your order number and photos showing the defect or damage.
  3. Depending on the situation, we will offer either:
    • A replacement product (subject to availability)
    • A full refund including original shipping charges
    • Store credit for the full purchase amount

If you receive an incorrect item or if an item is missing from your order:

Workshops and Events

Cancellation Policy

For workshops, seminars, or events:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund or full store credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
  • In cases where you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost.

Event Cancellation by Airtoteint

If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. Please note that we are not responsible for any related expenses such as travel or accommodation costs.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will issue the refund through one of the following methods:

  • Store credit for use on future purchases
  • Bank transfer to a verified account in your name
  • Mobile money transfer (for customers in Ghana)

Exceptions

We reserve the right to handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Special promotional items or products marked as "Final Sale" may have different refund terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
